The 2011 PGA Grand Slam of Golf will be contested by the winners of the four majors of the PGA Tour; The Masters, the U.S. Open Championship, The Open Championship and PGA Championship. This year Charl Schwartzel, Rory McIlroy, Darren Clarke and Keegan Bradley have earned the privilege to play in golf’s most exclusive foursome at the Port Royal Golf Course, Southampton Parish in Bermuda.
As well as the opportunity to win one of the PGA Tour’s most prestigious tournaments and collect the Grand Slam Trophy the four players will be competing for a share of the $1,350,000 purse with a winner’s prize money of $600,000.

Charl Schwartzel
Charl Schwartzel won the 75th Masters tournament in April by two strokes after four consecutive birdies on the last four holes. It was the 27 year old South African’s first major win and helped him move up from 27th to 11th in the Official World Golf Rankings and don the Green Jacket for the first time.
Rory McIlroy
Rory McIlroy has been a rising star on both the PGA Tour and European Tour over the last year. At 22 years old, McIlroy made himself an international reputation in four days at the U.S. Open winning the tournament by 8 shots. The win was a great achievement for such a young player and has given golf fans high expectations for his future, particular in his home town, Holywood, Northern Ireland.
Darren Clarke
Darren Clarke first major win came in the 140th Open Championship and his 51st appear in a major tournament. Popular amongst fellow golfers and golf fans because of his ability and attitude despite tragic personal circumstances ensured his win in The Open Championship was applauded by millions worldwide.
Keegan Bradley
Keegan Bradley was the last of the four players to earn a place in the PGA Grand Slam of Golf with a win in his first start in a major at the 93rd PGA Championship. The 25 year old from Woodstock, Vermont, Bradley has achieved two wins in his first PGA Tour and could make it three in what has been an unforgettable first year.
